1. Biography, Ministerial Educational Training Experience Overview, and a List of Leadership Positions
I was in a leadership role in helping to pioneer over 22 different churches and ministries.
 2. Professional Educational, Technical Administration and Teaching Experiences
Networking, Computer Web Design, Multimedia and Teacher/Admin Staff Instructor. Mike also worked as a Kent School District I.T. Tech who helped switch the District from AppleShare Novell based Network to an Ethernet Hub Based PC LAN Network.

     Mike and his family were involved in the exciting pioneer end of missions, starting over 22 different churches. Evangelistic, Pastoral and Educational ministries.
     His family learned the experience of many pioneers who while trying to brave a course withoug a trail and mark a way where before there was no way, and would be fighting snakes, wild animals, getting lost in the woods, always searching for their bearings, and struggling to just stay alive on a road without a path ahead.
    Now, there are churches, ministries and organizations where they once struggled. Mike went to 11 locationa each week while in Scotland, often speaking to 3 or 4 who dared to show up for their meetings. Many of these ministries grew to more than a hundred with indiginous Scots as Ministers of that outreach.
    They now understand how Lewis and Clark would smile to see the 4 lane freeways going over the spot where they trudged in constant danger.

and his Experience Background

    Mike's heart has truely been evangelistic and interdenominational. He has worked with a number of Christian organizations and more often than not, at the same time. His only aim was to "become all things unto all men that he might gain the more for Christ".
     Beginning his first ministry handing out tracts on Hollywood Blouvard 5 to 6 nights a week. He helped pioneer a Christian Coffee House on Hollywood and Vine. At this same time, he worked at the Free Tract Society, writing, and offset printing gosple materials. While speaking every Saturday morning with the Christian Businessmens Broadcast. Speaking often in the Saturday evening chapter meetings. He went regularly to work with Abe Schneiders "Jews for Jesus" Friday night outreach, that finished with Abe's Radio Broadcast. At the same time, Mike helped with a team to travel and model the Christian Coffee House Ministry in Redondo Beach, Torrence, La Habra, and Hollywood. These became successful ministries that continued with the following names, "The Vine", "The Fire Escape", "The Lighthouse", "The Solid Rock Foundation", and the "The Salt Company".
     Now with his Web Ministry, Mike interacts with almost every Christian Organization throughtout the world as a prayer support and advocate for the Millions of Persecuted Christians. For 11 years Mike has gathered factual archived data about the persecuted, and sent challenging Bi-Monthly letters to over 50 News and Media Services for them to investigate and then publish the truth of what is happening. He has a regular mailing list with churches, ministers, and organizations that he tries to keep updated and informed.
     Almost all of Mikes Web Pages aim at Pointing to the Large Focused Persecution Web Sites to Promote there Great works of Representation, Advocacy, Intervention and Caregiving. He has been promoting, Persecution.Org, and over 20 other Ministries. He has worked to inform Amnesty International, International Human Rights Organizations, and the "Freedom of Religion" department in Washington D.C. about hot spots.
    Organizations my has carried Ministerial Licences and Ordinations with are: Assemblies of God, Ordained in 1985. And with the F.G.F.C.M.I. as a Convention Speaker, from 1969-1977, helping to set up chapters in Dundee and Glasgow Scotland. Has held Licence with the Church of God, Cleveland Tennessee. He has been the Senior Advisor for the NorthWest Area Board for the Womens Aglow International for 15 years. He  has been a member as well as helped start chapters with the Full Gospel Businessmens Fellowship International since 1969. He was the featured radio speaker for KGER for 3 years.

  • A completed Masters Candidancy from Cal State University.
  • A Masters in Religous Education from Southern California Theological Seminary.
  • A Masters in Education from City University in Seattle.
  • A Para-Professional Counseling Certificate from SPU.
  • Mike has an earned Doctorate from Southern California Theological Seminary. His Dissertation is 552 Pages long and covers such subjects as, Root Word Linguistic Derivation Studies of Ancient Textuals. And Bias in Epigraphic World Histeriography and Pseudoepigraphological Chronographics.
  • He later added a Continuing Teacher Certification from St. Martins College, 1892

Currently CRN has had over 2 million hits, and has been active in ministry and advocacy since 1994.







   If you count the Banners on our back wall and the one our current winners are holding, We Won 6 State Championships in the Fields of Computer Network Administration and Application. And in the Field of Computer Web Design and Multimedia.
   So cutting edge were our courses that I had to write the entire Curriculum for the Networking/Multimedia Classes. Without a textbook or any K-12 Training
Materials for the Networking and Multimedia Courses;
We continued to build the course from scratch.
I thought, "Networking In A Nutshell" would be a good symbol
for our new high tech launch.
    So many have asked about what Networking and Multimedia Courses are about and what my background is, that I simply had to prepare this brief overview and thank you to those who have helped to launch a new and challenging high tech set of classes.
   What, as a teacher have I done to prepare me for this challenge. And, what skills are required to take on a brand new course. Up till now I simply have been so busy that I have not had the time to share what’s been happening around my neck of the woods. Please, just skim the following overview.
I have some exciting statistics to share at the bottom of this brief.

US History and Hist of Civ classes had large groups of Asian, Spanish, Mid-East, and
Europeans who were ESL. A 4 language team group program was developed to solve the problems.



After receiving my contract I taught a full load of classes and I spent the first 2 years in Graduate Training, a 2 Year Vocational Program, constant professional training in Networking Administration, and an average of 25 extra hours a week since 1996 just to keep the lab, training, and teaching at pace with the students.

I could have been a regular teacher and just do my regular preps. But I determined to do all I could to help build a great program that would give high school students, real voc job preparation. Real college credit value for their extra efforts. And, real certification possibilities at the high school level. This required much more than giving handouts, a text book, training and a grade.

Through my extra efforts. (Not asked, required, or paid for).
  • I set up the KM Web Page in 1996. Then worked with Mrs. Smith and at the end of the year turned the project of managing the KM Web site to her and the Business Department.
  • Created the Multimedia and Networking Courses in 1996-97. There were no text books. There were no
other high school classes I could model from. A school in Issiquah and Highline later modeled their
class from our Networking Program.
  • Worked to get the extremely complex certification requirements aligned with the Networking SLO’s ELR’s so that the course could be articulated with Green River Community College, Highline College, Renton Technical College.
  • Worked to set up a multi professional certification multi-track training program so that students can prepare and pass the following IT Recognized Certifications. MCP, MCSA, Net+, Novell CNA, A+, as well as train in Cisco Cert Prep.
  • 22 of our students are now Certified Network Administrators.
  • 8 of our students are attending Seattle Arts. Largest number of students from a single school in Northwest.
  • 118 Students have earned between 16 and 40 college credits through our Tech Prep Program Association. We just had a film made about our fantastic students and program.
  • Many of our students are choosing to go to college after high school because of the bridge of
familiarity they have through Networking and Multimedia Classes.
  • Our class have won Gold as State Champions in the Technical App’s Devision of Skills-USA Competition. 2 of our students went to Nationals and placed in the top 10% of the nation.
